DuelFuel provides FUN, motivating, functional and professional instruction through small and large group fitness classes as well as private training. 

Group Training

Train in groups of 5 or more. Train together, get results together! Current Schedule: Mondays at 6:15pm, Wednesdays at 6:00pm, and Saturdays TBA.

Small Group Training

Train is groups of 2-4 people. Small Group Training is great for more direct contact and personal attention. This training is also a great way to bring together friends.

Personal Training

One on one training sessions are available. We will work together to set goals and achieve them. Personal Training offers not only workouts, but wellness coaching as well.
